Summer is almost here!

Does anyone miss this? I don't! So why do people always complain? It's too cold or it's too hot. I think all people who like the four seasons should live where they get it and be happy. People who like the summer only should then live where it never snows. I wonder what the population then would be. Would the South be over populated? The North under populated? Would the States then have to come up with limitations of capacity of how many people could come in till someone else leaves? Like they do at clubs.

I've been living in La Crosse now for eleven years now and I moved away from Germany to get away from the snow and the cold. I must say that this was the first winter where we actually received more than I ever wanted! La Crosse had 40.8 inches of snow this year! Wow! And who knows we may get even more, the season is not over yet. However, it is pretty nice to have snow on Christmas, otherwise, it just doesn't feel like Christmas. But really deep down inside I could go to the beach all year long just to have warm weather and the relaxation of wearing shorts all the time. You can fit much more clothes in your closet without all the bulky coats, and sweaters! Wouldn't that be nice ladies? The men would probably be more happy with that thought as well for those who are living with someone and sharing closets. I don't know about you but I sure can't wait for the summer to get here. Not to mention we'll have a break again from all the homework assignments due each week. Maybe even be able to take a vacation for a few weeks somewhere else wouldn't that be sweet!

I was thinking I might fly out to California this summer to see a friend of mine and perhaps get a job there before school starts back up. Not to mention I have never been to California so I think that would be awesome to experience. Then there was the other thought of riding to Florida with a friend on his Harley. Either idea sounds excellent to me I want to be where it is warm and see new states, and most of all meet new people!

I sure can't wait to go boating again doesn't this look beautiful! Just seeing the tip of the boat and the gorgeous scenery waiting up ahead of you not knowing what you're going to do next!
